These Terms of Service govern your use of all apps published by Imira Image LLC. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided as-is for personal and professional use. You may use our apps for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use our apps in any way that could harm Imira Image LLC, other users, or third parties, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our apps.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any app at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance, but we cannot guarantee continued availability of any specific feature or app.

Purchases

Most of our apps use a one-time purchase model. When you purchase an app, you receive a license to use that version of the app and any future updates we release for it. Nothing Will Change Companion is a free companion app included with the purchase of "Nothing Will Change Until You Do."

Some apps, including Amends, offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features in addition to a free tier. If you subscribe, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and prices are shown in the app before you purchase.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

User Content

Any data you create within our apps — notes, records, logs, entries, or other content — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over content you create.

Most of our apps store your data locally on your device. We do not have access to locally stored data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. If you delete the app or reset your device without backing up, your data may be lost and we cannot recover it.

Beta Testing

Apps distributed through Apple's TestFlight as part of our beta program are pre-release software. Beta apps may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues not present in the final release. We make no warranty that beta software will work correctly or be free of errors.

By participating in a beta program, you agree to provide feedback and understand that the software is still in development. Beta builds may expire, and data created in beta versions may not be compatible with the final release.

Messaging Services (Clóca Private Line)

Clóca includes an optional feature called Private Line, which assigns you a dedicated phone number that relays SMS/text messages into the app. Private Line is off by default; by activating it you consent to send and receive text messages through the assigned number. Message frequency varies based on your activity, and message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by deactivating Private Line within the app; reply HELP for assistance. You agree not to use Private Line for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose, including sending unsolicited or spam messages or content that violates carrier or messaging-provider policies. We may suspend or disable Private Line if it is used in violation of these terms or applicable law. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio; see our Privacy Policy for details on how message data is handled.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Amends is a personal health-tracking tool for organizing your own medications, symptoms, and wellness information. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. Medication, interaction, and other health information in the app is provided for reference from public databases and may be incomplete or not applicable to your situation. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, or treatment, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in the app. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Nothing Will Change Companion is a personal development tool designed to support self-reflection and goal-setting. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis helpline.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imira Image LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use our apps at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users through the App Store or within the app itself.
