Privacy Policy
Effective: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Imira Image LLC, including: Amends, Call Karma, Clóca, ClockWyse, I Recall, LoadLogic, MileProof, Nothing Will Change Companion, PickGenius, ProjectPulse, Remia, Social Pullup, TrackOne, VoiceCart, and Zentone. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We take privacy seriously. Our default approach is to collect as little data as possible, store what we do collect locally on your device, and never sell your information to third parties.
Data Storage
Most of our apps are designed to work entirely on-device. Your data — notes, records, logs, preferences — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad and is never transmitted to our servers. You are in full control of your data at all times.
Remia and Nothing Will Change Companion are entirely offline and do not connect to the internet at all. No data leaves your device under any circumstances when using these apps. Nothing Will Change Companion collects no personal information whatsoever — no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. All journal entries, ratings, and exercise progress are stored exclusively on your device.
For apps that offer optional iCloud sync, your data is synced via Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Imira Image LLC does not have access to data stored in your personal iCloud account. Clóca, our encrypted vault app, encrypts all vault content on your device before it is ever stored or synced, and Imira Image LLC cannot read your vault.
SMS Messaging (Clóca Private Line)
Clóca offers Private Line, an optional feature that provides you with a dedicated phone number that relays text messages into the Clóca app. Private Line is off by default. When you activate Private Line, you consent to send and receive SMS/text messages through that number.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by deactivating Private Line in the app. Reply HELP for help.
- Your phone number, message content, and related data are used solely to operate the Private Line relay and deliver your messages within the app.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in or consent data, or message content with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) as necessary to deliver and receive your messages, and as required by law.
Health Data (Amends)
Amends is a whole-health companion that lets you track medications, symptoms, exercise, nutrition, supplements, and complementary approaches. To provide these features, Amends processes health-related information that you choose to enter — such as your medications, dosages, symptoms, vitals, and general health profile. We treat this information as sensitive and handle it with care.
- On-device by default. Your health data is stored locally on your device. It is not sent anywhere unless you choose to create an account and enable cloud sync.
- Optional account and cloud sync. If you sign in (with email, Apple, or Google), Amends can sync your data privately across your own devices using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Your health data is used only to operate the app for you and is never sold or used for advertising.
- Drug information look-ups. When you search for a medication, Amends queries public health databases operated by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (RxNorm, RxClass) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (openFDA) to retrieve drug details and interactions. These queries are limited to what is needed to return results.
- Location. If you use the nearby pharmacy finder, Amends accesses your device location only at that moment to show nearby pharmacies. Your location is not stored on our servers, tracked over time, sold, or shared.
- Subscriptions. Optional premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store. Apple handles your payment information; we do not receive or store your payment details.
- Deletion. You can delete your account and associated cloud data from within the app at any time, or by contacting us. Deleting the app removes locally stored data from your device.
Amends is a personal health-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not use your health data to make treatment recommendations. See the Health & Wellness disclaimer in our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
The information we may collect falls into two categories:
- User-provided information. If you sign up for beta access or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide (such as your name and email address). Within apps, any content you create (entries, records, logs) is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
- Automatic information. Some of our apps collect basic, non-identifying usage data to help us understand how the app is being used and where improvements are needed. This may include device type, iOS version, and general usage patterns (such as which features are used most). This data does not identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
Most of our apps avoid third-party analytics or advertising SDKs entirely. Where third-party services are used, we are transparent about it:
- Social Pullup uses Firebase (Google) for backend services including authentication and data storage. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Amends uses Firebase (Google) for optional account sign-in and private cloud sync, and queries public U.S. National Institutes of Health (RxNorm, RxClass) and Food and Drug Administration (openFDA) databases for medication information. Firebase's practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Sign-in with Apple and Google is also available and governed by their respective privacy policies.
- Clóca (Private Line) uses Twilio to operate its SMS relay. Twilio processes your phone number and message content solely to send and receive your messages on our behalf. Twilio's practices are governed by Twilio's Privacy Policy.
- All other apps in our portfolio do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data. Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can view it directly within the app at any time.
- Delete your data. You can delete your data at any time by removing it within the app or by uninstalling the app from your device.
- Opt out of analytics. If an app includes usage analytics, you can opt out in the app's settings.
- CCPA rights. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights or to request information about data associated with your account or beta enrollment, contact us at [email protected].
